Utah officials are increasingly grappling with how to handle seemingly consensual sexual relationships between elderly adults in long-term care facilities and the unlicensed caregivers who often work in those homes.
In one instance, an 18-year-old high school student working at a nursing home reportedly began having sex with multiple residents and encouraged his friends to apply for jobs at the facilities, according to Fox 13.
The broadcaster noted two other incidents, one involving a nursing assistant who started a sexual relationship with a resident who was more than 50 years older than she was. In another, police found a physical therapy aide attempting to have sex with an 80-year-old woman who had been reported missing.
Oh, so old men and women in nursing homes getting sex from young people is also "problem" which must be eradicated?! Can't have any fun anywhere!
Society's sex-hostility makes me so nauseated I am getting to be a full-blown misanthrope. Imagine making it to a nursing home and getting one last hurrah from a 50 years younger woman except THAT TOO must be sanitized away so we can have a completely cold and hateful society!
What motivates these disgusting busybodies in any and all kinds of administration to be against sex everywhere it is found? I used to blame feminism but it is more like a tendency to be against sex, period, just because it is sex. They will blather something about power imbalances but that's just word salad. Pedohysteria is just the beginning of it and there is no end. Humanity has become allergic to itself, zero tolerance to what makes life worth living and sustains it.
So, unlicensed health care workers are the last bastion of still somewhat permitted sex in an institutional setting. It says they are usually fired but can't lose their license since they don't have any, so something more must be done. Clearly more laws are needed so we can lock them up or something, anything, to prevent sex.
This brings back memories of a girl I knew in college, an 18-year-old hottie named Brandi (who also liked me a bit to my delight). She wanted to be a doctor and volunteered at the local hospital. The motivation is certainly not that she is jealous of the nursing home residents and want the serial grannylovers to choose her instead; rather the issue is that her capacity to enjoy sex or empathize with those who sorely could use some intimacy has been completely destroyed by menopause and she now simply sees sex as some kind of filth that needs to be cleaned up. “That means there has to be a criminal penalty piece associated with it,” she argued. “Otherwise, we are not going to be able to track these and we are also not going to be able to disincentivize it.”
This offers a glimpse into the mind of an antisex bigot where we can rule out jealousy and I think it is the poison behind many laws regarding sex with young girls as well. To call it jealousy and a "union" is being too nice to them because the truth is far uglier. These women are not jealous, because they can't feel any sexual desire -- they see sex as some kind of filth which must be destroyed. They are ugly and hateful inside and out but not jealous. Sex is dirt to them similar to other "unhygienic" conditions they feel a duty to clean up as "professionals," administrators and politicians.
There are certainly exceptions to this rule -- some women stay sex-positive and some even enjoy sex into old age like the nursing home residents who will now be deprived of their young lovers -- but it happens often enough to drive spates of antisexual legislation now that men don't raise any objections and let the old hags wreak havoc on our sexual freedom.
I don't see this Jennifer Plumb woman as an antithesis to the STU. First of all you call her ugly. However I don't see her as ugly even now she's anything but young. From the Wikipedia pic and the few other pics I could dredge up on the Web, she may have been a looker when she was younger.
The Wikipedia article says: "As an opioid mitigation advocate, she lobbied for legislation on syringe exchanges and naloxone access". So she was in favour of a soft approach to drug abuse. This hints that in the past she may have been pleasure-seeking rather than the opposite. The question is: why is she now a pleasure killer? Why is she now out to prevent younger women from putting out to old men?

I get that envy is stronger than jealousy. As we age, men envy their youthful testosterone levels and sex drive and functioning and seek to get them replenished. We have a meta-desire to desire even if it is lacking in the moment. I don’t see how this envy could degenerate into wanting to ruin the fun for others, but perhaps that’s because I am a man. Perhaps women really do have this evil sort of envy which manifests as sex-hostility when they lose their sexual market value along with most of their desires. But I am skeptical. I think they are more often disgusted (perhaps usually mildly, but it does the trick) at others’ having sex rather than jealous or even envious, which looks like brain damage to me when they also fail to comprehend that sexuality is a massive source of meaning in other people’s lives. I mean, there are sexual practices which disgust me too but I get that other people find them meaningful and wouldn’t dream of declaring that we can simply ban everything I dislike personally with no consideration for what others like. To a political antisex bigot like Jennifer Plumb who goes out of her way to deprive others of CONSENSUAL sexual relationships, in a setting where they probably don’t have much of a social life or other attractive options besides their carers in question, there is a brain-damaged lack of empathy in my view. Scrub the unnecessary sexual dust away to have a “clean” society, and nothing is lost because they literally (due to brain damage from hormone withdrawal) can’t see how others find meaning in it.
